I found Omar through Yelp Deals and as I was reading the reviews, thought it was definitely worth a shot. So glad he delivered it!
Last time I had had a Brazilian blowout Was in Rio in December. It was already end of July so my hair was definitely in need of some love. Omar did an amazing job straightening it like he meant it while entertaining me with his Puerto Rican accent, tales of his adventures in the US and pearls like “You have the hair, I have the muscles to tame it!” or ” Even though I am gay, I am doing you straight!” I mean, how could that be more fun? And best of all worlds – hair looked AMAZING! And being a Brazilian who has been doing these blowouts way before they were discovered by the rest of the world, I can say this with authority. 😉
Next time I am in LA and my hair is driving me crazy, I will definitely go see Omar. You should go too! 🙂
