I just spoke to Jean on the phone, and he was unbelievably friendly and pleasant. He accommodated my exact day/time request as best he could, and I can’t wait to go in!
I wanted to make sure I could book an appointment before purchasing the Groupon, and in case you’re unsure, the W salon will offer to match the Groupon price if you purchase from them instead. Knowing that Groupon takes 50% from service providers, I’ll definitely be purchasing in-store, and I hope you do too. Yay, small businesses. 🙂
