I am an avid yelp user but thus far have not felt compelled to write a review. I am always so nervous to let someone new work on my hair because I haven’t found the right person since moving to LA a little Over a year ago.
I Went to the W Salon in October for a cut and color With Omar, which was pretty basic. I can tell that he loves what he does and wanted me to walk out feeling amazing. Omar was very kind and told me I was the perfect candidate for a Brazilian blowout; my hair is naturally very wavy and frizzy and I had been thinking about it for a while because I straighten it every day. He said he would give me the current groupon deal and I scheduled the blowout for the following week.
No later than 2 days, I received a postcard thanking me for my service. Omar really understands the value of customer service.
I was extremely happy with the blowout. It hurt a lot, but as it was my first one I am assuming that’s normal. My hair felt amazing and so much lighter. It cut so much time out of my morning hair routine! I will be going back for another one soon.
